普通高校转型期大学英语教学的转型发展

Transitional Development of College English Teaching

普通高校向应用技术型高校转型的形势下,大学英语的转型发展是普通高校服务区域经济,培养具有良好英语综合应用能力的高层次应用型技术人才的需要。本文分析了学校的大学英语教学现状,提出了普通高校转型发展期的大学英语转型发展的策略,倡导构建"通用英语+学术英语+专门用途英语"相结合的大学英语教学转型发展模式。

In the transformation process of the application-oriented colleges, college English teaching is to make adaptions accordingly, to serve its purpose of helping to cultivate graduates with strong applied competences of foreign language. This study analyzes the current status of college English teaching, and it suggests strategies for college English teaching transition and advocates the proposal of combining EGP, EGAP and ESAP as the College English teaching mode in transitional developing colleges.
