构建中小学新型德育工作模式的思考

Thinking on the Construction of New Moral Education Mode in Primary and Secondary Schools

This paper briefly describes some problems existing in the current moral education in primary and secondary schools,and discusses the strategies of constructing a new moral education mode in primary and secondary schools from several aspects.We should pay attention to changing our ideas and correct the relationship between"five educations";pay attention to the combination of theory and practice,find the right entry point of work;pay attention to grasp the characteristics of students'personality and improve the methods of moral education;follow the law of moral education and adjust the content of moral education;improve the quality of moral education workers and create a good image of teachers'ethics.
