Analyze Physical Education through Dialectics of Nature

自然辩证法是马克思主义哲学的理论基础,是探究自然界和人们认识自然和改造自然的一般规律,对自然科学的内容和自然科学的产生和发展历史进行哲学层面的概述。自然辩证法是一定历史条件下的时代产物,是智慧发展的结晶,它不仅保留了传统哲学的精髓,还有着现代科学的特点。蕴含着科学的世界观和人生观,更是一种指引现代人价值观的方法论,对人类生活的思想价值和社会实践有着重要的指导意义。从自然辩证法的不同方面分析体育教学,为体育教学奠定坚实的理论基础,并引导学生树立正确的人生观和价值观,使体育教学的内容与学生的身体发展规律相适应,促进体育教学相关理论的发展。

Natural dialectics is the theoretical basis of marxist philosophy,which is to explore the nature and the general law of understanding and transforming nature,and to summarize the content of natural science and the histor y of the emergence and development of natural science at the philosophical level.Natural dialectics is the product of the times under certain historical conditions and the crystallization of the development of wisdom.It not only retains the essence of traditional philosophy but also possesses the characteristics of modern science.It contains a scientif ic world outlook and outlook on life,and it is also a methodology to guide the values of modern people,which has an important guiding signif icance to the ideological value of human life and social practice.This paper analyzes physical education from different aspects of dialectics of nature,lays a solid theoretical foundation for physical education,and guides students to establish a correct outlook on life and values,so as to make the content of physical education adapt to the law of physical development of students and promote the development of theories related to physical education.
