国家—社会关系理论下我国城市社区足球场地设施建设实践

Practice of the Construction of Football Field Facilities in Ur ban Communities in China under the Theory of State-social Relations

城市社区足球场地设施建设作为补足公共体育设施、推动大众健身、推进体育强国建设的重要手段,近年来受到广泛关注。该文以国家与社会的关系理论为基础,剖析我国城市社区足球场地设施建设实践中国家强位、“强国家—弱社会”、共建共治共享的时段性核心转变。得出了国家与社会权利边界不明晰、配套政策尚需完善及社会参与不足的缺憾。提出了坚持以人民为中心的发展思想、加强法治建设、激发社会参与建设热情,3个新时代城市社区足球场地设施建设抓手。

As an important means to supplement public sports facilities,promote public f itness,and promote the construction of a strong sports nation,the construction of football f ield facilities in urban communities has attracted extensive attention in recent years.Based on the theory of the relationship between the state and society,analyze the periodical core changes of the national strong position,"strong country-weak society",coconstruction,co-governance and sharing in the construction of urban community football court facilities in my country.It is concluded that the boundary between state and social rights is not clear,supporting policies need to be improved and social participation is insuff icient.Puts forward three suggestions on the construction of urban community football f ield facilities in the new era,such as adhering to the people-centered development thought,strengthening the construction of the rule of law and stimulating the enthusiasm of social participation.
