摘要
学前教育是我国教育体系的重要组成部分,随着教育体系的完善与发展,“以体育人,健康第一,体格与人格并重”的教育理念受到了广泛的关注与推崇,该研究运用利益相关者理论将我国私立幼儿园体育教育利益相关者分为6类,即投资者、教师、学生、家长、体育服务业、政府部门。从发展路径视角,基于利益相关者理论,探究我国私立幼儿园体育教学发展路径,为我国私立幼儿园体育教学的科学发展提供理论指引。
Preschool education is an important part of the education system in China,with the development and the improvement of the education system,"Educate people with sports,put health f irst,pay equal attention to physique and personality"concept of education has received the widespread attention and praise highly,this study applies the stakeholder theory will be private nursery school sports education is divided into six categories of stakeholders in which investors,teachers,students,parents,sports service industry,the government departments.From the perspective of development path,based on the stakeholder theory,this paper explores the development path of physical education teaching in private kindergartens in China,and provides theoretical guidance for the scientif ic development of physical education teaching in private kindergartens in China.
