五虫通络胶囊治疗消渴病痹证疗效观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of Wuchongtongluo Capsule in the Treatment of Diabetes Patients with Bi Syndrome

目的观察五虫通络胶囊在消渴病痹证治疗中的临床疗效。方法用随机平行对照方法,将120例消渴病痹证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例。在基础治疗上对照组加予甲钴胺治疗,治疗组加予五虫通络胶囊治疗。疗程12周。观察治疗前后2组患者中医证候总积分、肌电图神经传导速度测定的变化情况。结果12周治疗后2组中医证候总积分均较前降低,正中神经和腓总神经的感觉神经、运动神经传导速度均较治疗前增加;组间相比,治疗组中医证候积分、神经传导速度增加较前改善均更明显(P<0.05);治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论五虫通络胶囊可明显改善消渴病痹证患者凉、麻、痛、痿的临床症状,增加运动和感觉神经传导速度,疗效好,且无明显不良反应,值得推广。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wuchongtongluo Capsule in the treatment of diabetes patients with bi syndrome.Methods:120 diabetic patients with bi syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by a randomized parallel control method,60 cases per group.In the basic treatment,the control group was treated with mecobalamin and the treatment group was treated with Wuchongtongluo Capsule.12 weeks was a course of treatment.The changes in the total scores of TCM syndromes and the measurement of nerve conduction velocity in the electromyography of the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:After 12-week treatment,the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were lower than those of the pre-treatment and the sensory and motor nerve conduction velocities of the median nerve and common peroneal nerve increased when compared with those of the pre-treatment.In comparison between the two groups,the TCM syndrome scores and nerves conduction velocity of the treatment group increased more significantly than before(P<0.05).The curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wuchongtongluo Capsule can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of coldness,numbness,pain and flaccidity in diabetes patients with bi syndrome and increase the motor and sensory nerve conduction speed of the patients,with a good curative effect and no obvious adverse reactions,worthy of application.
