陕西旅游产业投融资模式及其对策

Investment Financing Mode and Countermeasures of Shaanxi Tourism Industry

近年来各地旅游产业的发展均逐渐迸发出经济活力,但旅游产业的投融资瓶颈仍然是抑制其发展的因素之一。采用文献法及案例分析法研究陕西省投融资模式,乡村旅游投融资机制单一、自然旅游项目经营成本风险高、政府旅游项目缺乏融合度;并提出了改进措施:乡村旅游投融资多元化、旅游项目资产开发证券化、景区运营模式与融资模式加强资金集聚效应、关注旅游项目落地情况,提高项目融合深度,以促进陕西省旅游产业的迅速发展。

In recent years, the development of tourism industry in all regions has gradually burst into economic vitality, but the investment and financing bottleneck of tourism industry is still one of the factors that restrain its development. Literature method and case analysis method is adopted to study the single investment and financing mechanism of rural tourism in Shaanxi province, the high risk of operation cost of natural tourism projects, and the lack of integration degree of government tourism projects. The following improvement measures are proposed: the diversification of investment and financing for rural tourism, the development and securitization of tourism project assets, the operation mode and financing mode of scenic spots to strengthen the capital agglomeration effect, pay attention to the implementation of tourism projects,and improve the depth of project integration to promote the rapid development of tourism industry in Shaanxi Province.
