陕西省消费者地震保险参保行为研究

摘要 为了解消费者地震保险的参保行为及保险人活动的缺陷,降低消费者行为的引致风险,以陕西省为调查范围,进行了地震保险参保行为实证研究,结合条件价值评估法对陕西省消费者的地震保险支付意愿进行了测算,并利用回归分析得到了地震保险支付意愿的影响因素。结果表明,陕西省消费者的保险意识高,但是地震保险的认知程度低,对保险业印象不好是限制地震保险发展的重要原因,震后人身伤亡风险保障的需求程度高。结合研究结果,从创新巨灾人身保险产品、完善激励制度健全绩效管理、强化宣传激发需求、深化拓展财政补贴制度、加强培训和监管力度等方面提出建议。 In order to understand the insured consumers’ behavior of earthquake insurance and drawbacks from insurers’ irrational activities, reduce risks caused by consumer behavior, field researches of these Shaanxi consumers are studied. CVM is adopted to calculate the willingness to pay in Shaanxi consumers,and it used regression analysis for working out the factors that influence willingness to pay on earthquake insurance. The result shows that consumers in Shaanxi have high consciousness on insurance, however,they lack cognitive degree in field of earthquake insurance. One of significant factors that extremely limits development of earthquake insurance is bad impression for whole insurance industry, but indeed, it has large demand of protection and paid for recovering personal casualty risk after earthquake. According to the empirical evidences, analyzed conclusion reveals necessity from innovative catastrophe life insurance products, improvement of incentive system and performance management, strengthen publicity, because all of them are able to stimulate demand, deepen expansion of financial subsidy policies, strengthen training and supervision.
