摘要
文章以福州国家森林公园为研究对象,通过携程、马蜂窝等网站获取的相关评论数据,运用ROSTCM6软件得到福州国家森林公园的高频词汇、语义结构图和情感分析结果。结果表明:福州国家森林公园整体满意度较高,积极情绪、消极情绪、中性情绪各占86.14%、8.73%、5.13%;在旅游景观、游客体验层面,正面评价较高,在区位交通、管理与服务层面,正面评价相对较少。在此基础上,从环境提升与体验增强两方面提出相关建议。
The paper takes Fuzhou National Forest Park as the research object to collect its relevant comments data through Ctrip,Mafengwo and other tourism websites and obtain the high-frequency vocabulary,semantic structure diagram and emotional analysis results of Fuzhou National Forest Park using the ROST CM6 software.The results show that the overall satisfaction with Fuzhou National Forest Park is high,with the positive emotions,negative emotions and neutral emotions at 86.14%,8.73%and 5.13%,respectively;the indexes of tourism landscape and tourist experience gain a high positive evaluation,while there are relatively low positive evaluation on transportation,management and service.On this basis,two suggestions are proposed for environment improvement and experience enhancement.
