In the new era,China's economic structure,economic development mode and economic growth momentum are constantly changing.As an important supporting force for economic development,the manufacturing industry in northeast China has an important strategic position in improving development benefits,enhancing quality advantages and achieving high-quality development.Under the new economic normal,the manufacturing industry in Northeast China is facing the dilemma of the transformation of old and new kinetic energy.The pressure of'dilemma challenge'and'double-end extrusion'coexist.The pace of transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry is slow.The continuous support ability of the development of high-tech manufacturing industry is insufficient.The situation of the coordinated development of manufacturing industry,university and research has not yet formed.These problems seriously restrict the high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Northeast China.In the new era,accelerating the new and old kinetic energy conversion,speeding up the transformation and upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry,actively building the ecology of blockchain emerging industries,improving the technological innovation ability of enterprises,reshaping the resource advantages of talents,promoting the combination of ecological governance and economic development,and promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry in Northeast China have become the major strategic tasks for the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China.
