摘要
文章旨在评估日粮添加不同水平的鲜茶叶粉对蛋鸡生产性能、蛋品质及蛋黄脂肪酸水平的影响。试验将672只产蛋性能一致的28周龄海兰褐壳蛋鸡随机分为4组,每组4个重复,每个重复42只。对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组蛋鸡分别饲喂基础日粮+20(T1)、40(T2)和60 mg/kg(T3)鲜茶叶粉,试验为期6周。结果:与对照组相比,T3组蛋鸡蛋重显著提高6.12%(P<0.05)。T3和T2组蛋鸡料蛋比较对照组和T1分别显著降低了4.07、6.67%和2.12%、4.77%。T2和T3组蛋壳厚度较对照组分别显著提高了2.06%和2.27%(P<0.05)。此外,T3组蛋黄颜色a值较对照组和T1组分别显著提高了34.78%和20.16%(P<0.05)。T3组蛋黄胆固醇含量分别较其他组显著降低了10.90%、7.23%和8.16%(P<0.05),而对照组蛋黄硫代巴比妥酸值较处理组分别显著提高了54.91%、59.52%和57.65%(P<0.05),而T3组蛋黄C16:1脂肪酸水平较对照组和其他组分别显著降低25.60%、20.05%和24.51%(P<0.05)。结论:日粮添加60 mg/kg鲜茶叶粉可以显著提高蛋鸡的蛋重、饲料效率和蛋壳厚度,降低蛋黄胆固醇及硫代巴比妥酸值。
The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of different levels of fresh tea powder on the production performance,egg quality and yolk fatty acid level of laying hens.A total of 672 brown shell hens with identical laying performance at 28 weeks of age were randomly divided into 4 groups with 4 replicates in each group and 42 eggs in each replicate.The control group was fed the basic diet,while the laying hens in the treatment group were fed the basic diet+20(T1),40(T2)and 60 mg/kg(T3)fresh tea powder,respectively,for 6 weeks.Results:Compared with the control group,the egg weight of T3 group was significantly increased by 6.12%(P<0.05).The laying rate and egg weight ratio in T3 and T2 groups were significantly reduced by 4.07,6.67%and 2.12%,4.77%,respectively,compared with the control group and T1 and T2 groups(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the eggshell thickness of T2 and T3 groups was significantly increased by 2.06%and 2.27%,respectively(P<0.05).In addition,the yolk color A value of T3 group was significantly increased by 34.78%and 20.16%compared with the control group and T1 group(P<0.05).T3 group of egg yolk cholesterol levels were significantly in the other group was reduced by 10.90%,7.23%and 8.16%(P<0.05),whereas the control yolk glucosinolates barbituric acid value,the treatment group were significantly increased by 54.91%,59.52%and 57.65%(P<0.05),while group T3 yolk C16:1 fatty acid levels were significantly reduced in the control group and the other group were 25.60%,20.05%and 24.51%(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding 60 mg/kg of fresh tea powder to the diet can significantly improve the egg weight,feed efficiency and shell thickness of laying hens,and reduce the cholesterol of egg yolk and thiobarbital acid value.
