应用ABCD分类管理法提高中药饮片库存周转率的研究

Study on application of ABCD classification management to improve stock turnover rate of Chinese herbal pieces

目的应用ABCD分类管理法提高中药库中药饮片的库存周转率及库存管理效率。方法运用ABCD分类法,将九江市第一人民医院中药库中药饮片按出库金额累计百分率分为A、B、C、D四类,按级别进行分类管理,制定不同的采购量和采购频次。比较实施ABCD分类法前后,即2018年1~12月和2019年同期的库存周转率的情况。结果采用ABCD分类法进行库存管理后,2019年每月库存周转率均高于2018年同期。2019年度的月均库存周转率为2018年的1.44倍。结论ABCD分类法可有效提高中药库的库存周转率,减少药品占用的流动资金值。

Objective To apply the ABCD classification management to improve the stock turnover rate and inventory management efficiency of traditional Chinese herbal pieces.Methods By the ABCD classification,traditional Chinese herbal pieces in Jiujiang First People′s Hospital were divided into four categories:A,B,C,and D according to the cumulative percentage of the amount of ex-warehouse.They were performed with classification management based on different levels to formulate different purchase quantities and purchase frequencies.The stock turnover rates before and after the implementation of the ABCD classification,that is,from January to December 2018 and the same period in 2019 were compared.Results After adopting the ABCD classification method for inventory management,the monthly stock turnover rate in 2019 was higher than that in the same period in 2018.The average monthly stock turnover rate in 2019 was 1.44 times that of 2018.Conclusion The ABCD classification can effectively improve the stock turnover rate of traditional Chinese medicine warehouse and reduce the value of circulating funds occupied by these herbs.
