客观结构化考核模式在护理本科生实习前培训中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨客观结构化考核模式(OSCE)在护理本科生实习前培训中的应用效果。方法选取湖南中医药大学护理学院2017级60名本科护生作为研究对象,按照简单随机分组原则分为观察组与对照组,每组各30名。观察组实习前培训进行OSCE,对照组进行常规考核模式。比较两组护生的考核成绩及对各自考核模式的态度。结果观察组的护理评估、临床思维、基础技能操作、急救技能操作以及人文护理沟通得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查中,观察组护生对自身参与的考核结构设置合理、职业综合能力的反映和提升、实习定位及对考核模式的适应性和认同性等认同度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论设置OSCE有利于提升护生的临床实践能力,更好地促进护生适应临床工作模式。 Objective To explore the application effect of objective structured clinical examination(OSCE)in the pre-practice training of nursing undergraduates.Methods A total of 60 undergraduate nursing students from the School of Nursing of Hu′nan University of Chinese Medicine in 2017 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of simple random grouping,with 30 students in each group.The observation group received OSCE training before practice,and the control group received routine training before practice.The assessment results and attitudes towards assessment mode were compared in the two groups.Results The scores of nursing evaluation,clinical thinking,basic skills operation,first-aid skills operation and humanistic nursing communication in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The acceptance rate of nursing students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,including reasonable setting of assessment structure,reflection and improvement of occupational comprehensive ability,internship position,adaptability and identity of the assessment mode,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Setting up OSCE is conducive to improving the clinical practice ability of nursing students,better promoting nursing students to adapt to clinical working mode.
