康复治疗仪联合盆底训练在初产妇产后康复护理中的应用效果

目的探讨康复治疗仪联合盆底训练在初产妇产后康复护理中的应用效果。方法选取2018年5月~2020年3月江西省景德镇市妇幼保健院收治的98例初产妇作为研究对象,按照奇偶数分为对照组(49例)与观察组(49例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组用康复治疗仪联合盆底训练护理,比较两组的生活质量、睡眠质量、心理状态评分、并发症发生率及产后恢复时间。结果观察组的恶露时间、首次排尿时间、泌乳时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组的SAS、SDS低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前两组的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组的生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复治疗仪联合盆底训练在初产妇产后康复护理中应用,能有效缩短其产后康复时间,改善患者的生活质量和负面情绪,可控制其并发症发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the application effect of rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor training in postpartum rehabilitation nursing of primipara.Methods A total of 98 cases of primipara who were admitted to Jingdezhen Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Jiangxi Province from May 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the odd-even method,they were divided into the control group(49 cases)and the observation group(49 cases).The control group received conventional nursing and the observation group used rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor training.The quality of life,sleep quality,mental state score,complication rate,and postpartum recovery time were compared between the two groups.Results The time of lochial,the time of first urination,and the time of lactation of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores of two groups,the differences had no statistical significance(P>0.05);after the intervention,the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the intervention,the quality of life scores of the two groups were not significantly different(P>0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group after the intervention was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rehabilitation therapy instrument combined with pelvic floor training in postpartum rehabilitation nursing of primipara can effectively shorten the postpartum rehabilitation time,improve the patients′quality of life and negative emotional state,and control the incidence of complications.It is worthy of popularization and application.
