院前急救护理干预在胸痛患者中的应用效果

Application effect of pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention in patients with chest pain

目的研究院前急救护理在胸痛患者中的应用效果。方法选择2018年5月~2019年3月江西省上饶市人民医院收治的72例胸痛患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为常规组(36例)、干预组(36例)。常规组入院前不给予护理,干预组入院前给予急救护理干预,观察两组的并发症总发生率、死亡率、急救情况。结果干预组院前急救护理后,患者的确诊时间、治疗时间及住院时间短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的并发症总发生率、死亡率低于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用院前急救护理干预对胸痛患者护理救治比常规护理救治手段效果好,能在更短的时间内得到有效治疗,且并发症总发生率和死亡率都有所下降。

Objective To study the application effect of pre-hospital emergency nursing in patients with chest pain.Methods A total of 72 patients with chest pain admitted to Shangrao People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province from May 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the routine group(n=36)and the intervention group(n=36)by random number table method.In the routine group,no nursing was provided before admission,while in the intervention group,pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention was adopted before admission.The total incidence of complications,mortality,and emergency status of the two groups were compared.Results After the pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention in the intervention group,the diagnosis time,treatment time and hospital stay of the patients were shorter than those in the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and mortality in the intervention group were lower than those of the routine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Pre-hospital emergency nursing intervention is better than conventional nursing and treatment for patients with chest pain.Patients can be effectively treated in a short time,and the total incidence of complications and mortality have decreased.
