This paper explores the Chinese reading teaching under the concept of student-centered education,in order to stimulate students'interest in learning,mobilize students'enthusiasm and initiative in learning,improve the efficiency and quality of Chinese reading teaching,improve students'reading ability,and cultivate students'Chinese core competence.Under the concept of student-centered education,Chinese reading teaching should build a student-centered Chinese reading classroom,adopt flexible teaching methods,and actively carry out extracurricular reading.
