个性化教学视域下英语分层教学策略探究

Study on English Hierarchical Teaching Strategies from the Perspective of Individualized Teaching

个性化教学是对英语教学模式的创新,也是践行新课改教学理念的需要,对于促进学生的个性化发展具有十分重要的意义。教师需要结合学生兴趣、爱好、特长等实施教学,使学生进入自主学习状态。文章从教学对象、教学目标、课堂教学、教学评价和作业设计等方面,对个性化教学视域下英语分层教学策略进行探究。

Individualized teaching is not only the innovation of English teaching mode,but also the need of practicing the teaching concept of the new curriculum reform,which is of great significance to promote the individualized development of students.Teachers need to combine students'interests,hobbies,expertise and other factors to implement teaching,so that students can enter the state of autonomous learning.This paper explores the hierarchical English teaching strategy from the perspective of personalized teaching from the aspects of teaching objects,teaching objectives,classroom teaching,teaching evaluation and homework design.
