毒品犯罪是一种特殊的刑事犯罪,具有隐蔽性、组织性、国际性、秘密性等特点。因此毒品犯罪案件侦查挑战性更大,难以发现,难以取证。为了破解这样的难题,必须重视毒品犯罪侦查思维的研究。毒品犯罪案件侦查思维基本特征主要表现为超前性、“经营”性和博弈性,其中运用逻辑推理可以弥补线索较少的不足,有助于指明方向,缩小侦查范围,寻找突破口,推动侦查工作有序展开。不同主体侦查人员和嫌疑人之间的尖锐对抗,反映出侦查与犯罪博弈中侦查必胜的信念。

Drug crime is a special criminal offence,whose characteristics include concealment,organiza⁃tion,trans-nation and secrecy.Therefore,the investigation of drug crime cases is more challenging,difficult to be found and obtain evidence.In order to solve the problem,we must attach importance to the study of drug crime investigation thinking.The basic characteristics of investigation thinking of drug crime cases are mainly manifested in thinking in advance,its management,and game features.Using logical reasoning can make up the lack of clues,help to locate the direction,narrow the scope,find a breakthrough,and promote the investi⁃gation work in order.The sharp confrontation between investigators and suspects of different subjects reflects the belief that investigators are bound to win in the game with criminals.
