摘要
通过一起事故案例,阐述大型火力发电厂给煤机控制系统电源设计、控制回路等方面存在的隐患,并提出了相应的改进措施,对同类的火力发电厂具有普遍借鉴意义。为了避免类似控制电源切换或电源波动导致全厂给煤机停运,提出了通过多种控制电源混合分散配置、控制回路加装延时继电器回路、全燃料丧失保护逻辑优化等改进方法。采用多种方法结合改造后,在给煤机自动运行期间通过模拟控制电源快速切换的方式进行试验,给煤机能够保持正常运行。
The hidden dangers in power supply design and control loops of coal⁃feeder control system in large power plant are explained,and corresponding improvement measures are proposed,through an accident case,which is of general reference significance for similar power plants.In order to avoid the shutdown of coal feeder caused by control power supply switching or power supply fluctuation,some improvement methods are proposed,such as mixed and decentralized configuration of multiple control power supply,adding delay relay circuit in control circuit,and logic optimization of full fuel loss protection.Through a combination of various methods for transformation,during the automatic operation of the coal feeder,the coal feeder can keep normal operation by simulating the fast switching mode of control power supply.
