固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用技术测定废气中24种挥发性有机物 被引量:1

Determination of 24 VOCs in Waste Gas by Solid Phase Micro-extraction Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry

摘要 使用Carboxen/PDMS 75μm固相微萃取纤维头在标准气体中直接萃取目标组分,在选定的条件下,目标组分经过固相微萃取吸附、浓缩、解析等步骤进入气相色谱质谱联用仪进行分离,分离后的组分经MS检测器检测。结果表明,24种挥发性有机物在3~200 ng的范围内具有较好的线性,大部分响应因子相对标准偏差在30%之内,检出限范围为0.001~0.009μg/m 3,回收率范围为70.1%~104%,RSD范围为0.5%~9.5%。该方法快速、便捷,具有较好的准确度和灵敏度,能适用于废气中24种挥发性有机物的同时测定。 In this paper,A Carboxen/PDMS 75μm SPME filament head was used to extract the target fractions directly from a standard gas.Under selected conditions,the target components were separated by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)after solid phase microextraction(SPME)adsorption,concentration and analysis,the separated components were detected by MS.The results showed that the 24 VOCs had good linearity in the range of 3~200 ng,the RSD of most of the response factors was within 30%,the detection limit was within the range of 0.001~0.009 g/m 3,the recovery range was 70.1%~104%,and the RSD range was 0.5%~9.5%.The method is fast,convenient,accurate and sensitive,suitable for simultaneous determination of 24 volatile organic compounds in waste gas.
