摘要
海洋石油平台等大型钢结构物的结构建造多采用分层预制、单独喷涂、最后总装集成的方式进行。其中甲板片的预制可以在自有场地进行,也可以在临近公司厂区进行,预制完成后通过运输驳船进行倒运。以某海洋石油平台建造场地实际项目为案例,从项目信息采集到SPMT布置,从运输装船到装船固定,对整个施工作业方案进行分析并验算,确保工艺的可行性,为今后类似结构物的临近港池间的船舶转场运输提供了方案指导、技术支持及施工经验。
The construction of large steel structures,such as offshore oil platforms,is usually carried out in the form of layered prefabrication,separate spraying,and finally integration.Deck slabs can be prefabricated on their own premises or in the adjacent company premises,and then reversed by transport barges.This paper takes an actual project of a construction site as a case,form project information collection to SPMT layout,form shipping to fixing,analyze and check the whole construction scheme to ensure the scheme is feasible.It provides scheme guidance and construction experience for ship transportation between adjacent ports of similar structures in the future.
