摘要
某苯乙烯制乙苯装置的烷基化尾气,作为燃料气并入燃料气管网,烷基化尾气中含有50%左右的氢气,造成资源的浪费。与此同时,国家推行国V柴油,柴油硫含量控制在≤10×10^(-6),柴油加氢需要改造,以满足国V柴油的标准,造成公司氢气供应不足,通过VPSA(抽真空变压吸附)装置,将烷基化尾气中的氢气加以回收利用,解决了公司氢气不足的问题。
The Alkylation exhaust gas of a vinyl ethyl benzene device,which is incorporated into the fuel gas pipe network,contains about 50% of the hydrogen gas in alkylation exhaust,which causes waste of resources.At the same time,the national implementation of the V diesel,diesel sulfur content control in 10×10^(-6) or less,diesel hydrogenation modification,in order to meet the standards of the V diesel,cause hydrogen supply company,through the VPSA(vacuum pressure swing adsorption(desorption)device,the hydrogen in the alkylation exhaust and recycling,solved the problem of insufficient hydrogen.
