摘要 通过热泵系统利用油田污水余热给原油加热对油田企业来说是一种既环保又节能的途径。本研究基于流程模拟软件Aspen Plus进行,在热泵设计计算的基础上,采用软件模拟第I类溴化锂吸收式热泵系统工艺流程,对设计结果进行模拟验证,并研究参数变化对COP的影响规律,该研究对热泵在油田污水余热应用领域提供设计指导。污水出蒸发器温度越高,浓稀溶液浓度差越大,系统COP越高。含水原油进入热泵的温度越高,加热温升越大,系统COP越低。浓/稀溶液换热器冷流出口温度对COP的影响较大,是重要的优化参数。 Using heat pump to draw heat from oilfield sewage and provide energy for oil production is an environmental and energy-saving method for oil enterprises.Aspen Plus simulation has been conducted to simulate the process of lithium bromide absorption type first-class heat pump.On the base of design calculation of heat pump,software simulation has been adopted to investigate the influence of parameters to heat pump COP.With the increase of temperature of oil sewage leaving heat pump and the concentration difference between concentrated and dilute LiBr solutions,COP would rise.With the increase of crude oil temperature to the heat pump and temperature rise of crude oil,COP would drop.The temperature of cold stream from heat exchanger for concentrated and dilute LiBr solutions is an important variable and it has significant effect on heat pump performance.
