基于半实物仿真智慧工厂的化工设备安全教学研究 被引量:1

摘要 安全生产事故频发是当前经济社会发展面临的严峻形势,课堂教学联系实践也是高等教育中面临的一项重要任务。将上述两点融为一体,在新工科视域下进行化工设备课程教学改革,对于从根本上提高化工专业学生理论联系实际能力以及安全责任意识、预防化工安全生产事故具有重要意义。本文以化工设备教学为例,提出在课堂教学中借助半实物仿真智慧工厂达到激发学生学习兴趣的目的。在教学过程中,使学生置身智慧工厂、深入观察化工设备结构,并通过模拟处置介质泄漏引发火灾等常见事故以提高学生应急处置化工企业异常情况的能力。通过上述教学方法的实施,大学生的培养质量可以得到根本性提高,在学生走向化工行业工作岗位后适应能力显著增强,对预防化工行业安全生产事故具有重要作用。 The frequent occurrence of safety accidents is a severe situation facing the current economic and social development,and integrating classroom teaching with practice is also an important task in higher education.So integrating the above points into one,and reforming the teaching of chemical engineering courses from the perspective of new engineering is of great significance to fundamentally improving the ability of chemical engineering students to integrate theory with practice and the awareness of safety responsibility,and to prevent chemical safety production accidents.The presented article addresses the key issue of the weak connection between classroom theory and practice in higher education.Taking chemical equipment teaching as an example,it proposes to use semi-physical simulation smart factories in classroom teaching to stimulate students'interest.In the teaching process,students are placed in smart factories,in-depth observation of the structure of chemical equipment,personally touching chemical equipment and operating chemical instruments,and simulating common accidents such as fires caused by leakage of media to improve their ability to deal with abnormal situations in chemical companies.Through the implementation of the above-mentioned teaching methods,the training quality of college students has been fundamentally improved,and the adaptability of students will be significantly enhanced after they enter the chemical industry.It plays an important role in preventing safety production accidents in the chemical industry.
