保持良好生态环境是实现中华民族可持续的内在要求,是增进民生福祉的战略条件。近年来,随着工业企业的飞速发展,各类环保问题随之出现,随着环保管理需要,“环保管家”理念被推上历史舞台。本文就环保管家的发展背景和定义进行简单的概述,对工业企业生产管理过程中环保工作开展的瓶颈进行论述,并对现代环保管家发展的制约因素进行分析,对推动环保管家发展起到一定作用。

To maintain a good ecological environment is the internal requirement to realize the sustainable development of the Chinese nation and the strategic condition to improve people's livelihood.In recent years,with the rapid development of industrial enterprises,all kinds of environmental problems have emerged.With the need of environmental management,the concept of"environmental stewardship"has been pushed onto the stage of history.This paper gives a brief overview of the development background and definition of environmental protection butler,discusses the bottleneck of environmental protection work in the process of production and management of industrial enterprises,and analyzes the restrictive factors of the development of modern environmental protection butler,which plays a certain role in promoting the development of environmental protection butler.
