摘要
本文通过一起铝合金镀银生产中出现的镀层起泡问题,研究了铝及铝合金快速镀银工艺对银镀层结合力的影响。通过显微硬度计测量镀银层硬度,表征了镀层起泡的定性特征,通过霍尔槽实验确定了有效的改进措施,优化了快速镀银工艺。结果表明,采用优化后的工艺,镀银层的显微硬度达到了一个合理的数值范围,镀层达到了稳定的合格率。
In this paper,the effect of rapid silver plating process of aluminum and aluminum alloy on the adhesion of the coating was studied through a blistering problem in the production of aluminum alloy silver plating.The hardness of the silver coating was measured by a microhardness tester,and the qualitative characteristics of the silver coating blistering problem was studied.Through the Hall groove experiment,effective improvement measures were determined and the process was optimized.The results showed that the microhardness of the silver plating layer deposited by the optimized process could reach a reasonable value range,and the plating layer had a stable pass rate.
