The quality of college teachers is related to the long-term development of higher education and the quality of advanced talent training in China.The secondary units of a university are responsible for the construction of teachers’ethics,and the specific degree of implementation directly affects the results of the construction of teachers’ethics.Therefore,it is necessary to continue to explore and optimize the work mode that suits the characteristics specific units,so as to firmly establish teachers’good ethics.
