浅析基于国家中西部地区职业教育师资培训平台的在线评教功能及闭环反馈机制

A Brief Analysis on the Online Teaching Evaluation Function and Closed-loop Feedback Mechanism Based on the Teacher Training Platform for Vocational Education in the Central and Western Regions of China

摘要 为了避免培训主体与参训主体间信息不对称现象的出现,在探析平台在线评教功能时,须着眼于解决评教主体、评教指标、评教分值权重等三个方面存在的问题,还须发挥平台中自媒体对在线评教的助力功能。反馈机制的实现应着眼于建构起高效的应答策略,即无论是过程性评教还是结果性评教,在获得需求端的反馈信息时,供给端都应以务实的态度给予应答。应答的方式不但有解释说明,更需要有对平台培训功能的不断完善与优化。 In order to avoid the information asymmetry between the training subjects and the participants,when analyzing the online teaching evaluation function of the platform,it is necessary to focus on solving the problems of the teaching evaluation subjects,the teaching evaluation indexes,and the weight of the teaching evaluation scores,and give play to the supporting function of self-media on the platform in online teaching evaluation.The realization of the feedback mechanism should focus on constructing an efficient response strategy,that is,whether it is a process-based or a result-based evaluation of teaching,when obtaining feedback from the demand side,the supply side should respond in a pragmatic manner,and the way of response includes not only explanations,but also continuous improvement and optimization of the training function of the platform.
