新时代体育院校基层党建工作创新性研究——以河北体育学院为例

Innovative Research on Basic Party Building of Sport Colleges and Universities in the New Era:Taking Hebei Sport University as an Example

高校基层党建工作创新性研究是新时代高校全面从严治党、加强党的全面领导的重要环节。该文从高校党建工作创新性研究的重要性和必要性、体育院校基层党建工作存在的问题、体育院校党建工作创新性研究的思路和途径三方面入手,提出构建党建工作绩效指标体系、提升党务干部队伍素质与能力、提升党建工作科学化水平、创新新时代高校党建工作方法四种途径,为体育院校基层党建工作创新性提供了思路。

Innovative research on basic Party building in colleges and universities is an important link to govern the Party strictly and strengthen the Party’s overall leadership in colleges and universities in the new era.Starting with the importance and necessity of innovative research on Party building in colleges and universities,the problems existing in basic Party building of sport colleges and universities,and the ideas and approaches of innovative research on Party building in sport colleges and universities,this paper proposes four approaches to provide ideas for the innovative research on basic Party building of sport colleges and universities,including building a performance indicator system for Party building,improving the quality and ability of cadres responsible Party affairs,strictly regulating and improving the scientific level of Party building,and innovating the methods of Party building in colleges and universities in the new era.
