在护理实训教学环境中实现情景模拟教学系统化整合体系构建

The Construction of a System to Realize the Systematic Integration of Situation Simulation Teaching in the Teaching Environment of Nursing Training

护理岗位对专业护理人才的要求不断提高,护士除了需要具备娴熟的技能,更需要具有良好的思辨力和临床思维力,传统的授课模式已经不再满足新时代的需求。模拟教学是近年来用于解决护理专业授课中重点、难点内容的一种重要教学方法,研究和实践都证明,该教学模式在护理教学中确实有效。该文着重梳理护理实践教学中多元化模拟教学方案,包括典型案例教学、智能仿真综合模拟人案例教学、标准化病人案例教学、网页资源案例教学、虚拟工作情景案例教学、OSCE考站案例教学,并配套介绍了各种模拟教学的实施内涵和设置条件,以期对护理实践教学的运行有所帮助。

Nursing positions have continuously raised requirements for professional nursing talents.In addition to skilled skills,nurses also need to have good critical thinking ability and clinical thinking ability.Therefore,the traditional teaching mode no longer meets the needs of the new era.Simulation teaching is an important teaching method used in recent years to solve the key and difficult content in the teaching of nursing majors.Years of research and practice have proved that simulation teaching is indeed effective in nursing teaching.This paper focuses on combing the diversified simulation teaching programs in nursing practice teaching,including typical case teaching,case teaching based on intelligent simulation and integrated simulation,standard patient case teaching,web resource case teaching,virtual working situation case teaching,and OSCE test station case teaching.It also introduces the implementation connotation and setting conditions of various simulation teaching,hoping to help the operation of nursing practice teaching.
