摘要
新财经教育对本科经管类人才培养提出了新要求,充分利用线上课程与线下授课的教学优势提高教学质量与教学效果,逐渐成为高校教师开展教学模式改革的新尝试。该文基于当代大学生的学习风格与特征(碎片化、强刺激和娱乐化),整合案例教学法完善传统"人力资源管理"课程教学模式,构建"线上MOOC+线下翻转课堂"的混合式教学新模式,并详细论述了教师与学生在课前、课中和课后的具体任务和实施流程。
New finance education has put forward new requirements for the cultivation of undergraduate economics and management majors,and college teachers are trying to improve teaching quality and effects by making full use of online and offline courses.Taking the learning style and characteristics(fragmentation,stimulation and entertainment)of contemporary college students as a starting point,this paper integrates case teaching methods to improve the traditional“Human Resource Management”teaching mode.Based on this,the“online MOOC+offline flipped classroom”mixed teaching model is constructed,and teachers’and students’specific tasks before,in,and after class are identified,and the teaching process is clarified.
