摘要
旅游管理本科专业以培养应用型、创新型人才为目的,而学生社团活动是人才培养的环节之一。该文从新生视角出发,介绍广州大学学生社团"旅行社"的招新活动。该社团全程模拟旅行社运营,其招新与求职有一定联系。该文阐述了"旅行社"的招新宣传、第一次和第二次面试等活动,活动明确了旅游管理专业的培养内涵,使学生懂得学好旅游管理必须提升自身综合素质,对于专业学习特别是实践能力训练有很大促进作用。
The purpose of the tourism management undergraduate major is to cultivate applied and innovative talents,while student association activities are one of the links of talent cultivation.This paper introduced the recruitment activity of“travel agency”,a student association of Guangzhou University from the perspective of a freshman.The student association simulated the operation of a real travel agency in the whole process,and the recruitment was related to job hunting.The activities such as recruitment propaganda,the first and second interview,etc.had been presented according to the experience of a freshman.The cultivation connotation of the tourism management major was clarified to a freshman during the recruitment,and the well learning of tourism management based on the improvement of self-comprehensive quality.It was convinced that this experience would greatly promote professional learning,especially the training of practical ability.
