高职金融管理专业的分层教学模式分析

摘要 新形势下,"学生分层、内容分级"属于全面实施素质教育和因材施教的重点。高职院校金融管理专业需要在分层教学模式的基础上,针对不同学习能力的学生制定不同层次的学习目标,使学生找到适合自己的学习方式,激发学生的学习兴趣。明确教学目标,引导学生体会"摘到桃子"的乐趣,提高课堂教学质量。该文首先提出需要探究的问题,之后结合现状分析传统教学模式存在的问题,分析高职金融管理专业实施分层教学模式的原因,并根据原因有针对性地探究分层教学模式的发展路径。这种量身定做的人才培养机制,能够促进高职金融管理专业的可持续发展。 Under the new situation,“student stratification and content classification”are the focus of comprehensive implementation of quality-oriented education and teaching of students in accordance with their aptitude.The financial management major in higher vocational colleges need to formulate different levels of learning goals for students with different learning abilities based on the hierarchical teaching model,so as to help them find a learning method that suits themselves,and stimulate their interest in learning.It is necessary to guide students to experience the fun of“picking peaches”,clarify teaching goals,and enhance the quality of classroom teaching.This paper first puts forward the problems that need to be explored,and then combined with the status quo,analyzes the problems existing in the traditional teaching model,analyzes the reasons for the implementation of the hierarchical teaching model of the financial management major in higher vocational colleges,and according to the reasons,makes a targeted exploration of the development path of the hierarchical teaching model.In this way,a targeted talent training mechanism is formulated to promote the sustainable development of the financial management major in higher vocational colleges.
