新视野下高校心理疏导的困境与对策研究

Research on the Predicament and Countermeasure of Psychological Counseling in Colleges and Universities from a New Perspective

大学生心理疏导是在遵循大学生心理生长发育规律的基础上,疏导大学生的心理和思想问题,以适应大学生的心理特点。高校在对学生进行心理疏导时,要与思想政治教育工作相结合,通过平时的思政课或是课堂教学的渗透,关注和分析大学生心理问题。该文分析了当前大学生心理疏导工作中存在的问题,指出在心理疏导内容、人文素质、深入程度、专业队伍建设等方面存在的不足,从网络平台更新知识、优化心理疏导方法、促进人文关怀和实施队伍的有机整合等方面促进心理疏导的有效实施。

Psychological counseling of college students is to guide college students’psychological and ideological problems based on the law of their psychological growth and development,so as to adapt to the requirements of college students’psychological characteristics.While conducting psychological counseling for students,colleges and universities should integrate it with ideological and political education in daily ideological and political courses and classroom teaching,and they should also pay attention to and analyze the psychological problems of college students.This paper analyzes the current problems in the psychological counseling of college students,points out the deficiencies in the psychological counseling content,humanistic quality,depth,and professional team building,and puts forward the ways to promote the effective implementation of psychological counseling,such as updating knowledge on the network platform,optimizing psychological counseling methods,and promoting the organic integration of humanistic care and the implementation team.
