摘要
采用耐酸纳滤膜对含铝盐废盐酸液进行处理,实现了废盐酸的回收利用,并富集了铝离子,便于进一步的提纯回收。研究了工作压力、工作温度、给水流量对于铝离子截留率和水通量的影响,并优化了工艺条件。结果表明:合适的工艺条件为工作压力1MPa,工作温度为25℃,给水流量为400L/h。处理后的滤液含铝离子0.03w%,截留率96.1%,盐酸浓度从1.77w%提高到了2.67w%,增加50%,有效实现了含铝盐废盐酸液的回收提纯,为耐酸纳滤膜在含金属离子废酸液的回收利用处理上提供了基础。
Acid resistant nanofiltration membrane was used to treat the waste hydrochloric acid containing aluminum salt,which realized the recycling of waste hydrochloric acid and enriched aluminum ion for further purification and recovery.The effects of working pressure,temperature and feed water flow rate on aluminum ion rejection and water flux were studied,and the process conditions were optimized.The results show that the suitable process conditions are as follows:working pressure 1MPa,working temperature 25℃,feed water flow 400L/h.After treatment,the filtrate contained 0.03w%aluminum ion,the rejection rate was 96.1%,and the concentration of hydrochloric acid increased from 1.77w%to 2.67w%,with an increase of 50%.It can effectively realize the recovery and purification of waste hydrochloric acid containing aluminum salt,and provide a basis for the recycling of acid resistant nanofiltration membrane in waste acid containing metal ions.
