地铁上盖建筑隔震转换层隔震支座安装质量控制要点

摘要 地铁上盖建筑整体隔振系统中采用在转换层设计安装隔震支座技术,在地震来临时,竖向提供对建筑物的支撑,水平方向上不会将全部能量传递给建筑物,大大降低建筑物承受的水平地震力的破坏作用,从而降低了地震对建筑体的破坏能力,提高人民生命和财产的安全性和居住舒适性。由于隔震支座安装在整体隔振体系中施工质量控制尤为重要,故针对施工工序中容易出现的质量问题,本文从工程实践案例中分析原因并总结支座安装工序中的控制要点、注意事项及处理措施,为今后隔震支座安装质量控制及问题处理提供实践经验和理论支持。 The isolation support is designed and installed in the whole vibration isolation system of subway upper cover building.When the earthquake comes,it could provide the support to the building vertically,and the whole energy will not be transferred to the building in the horizontal direction,which greatly reduces the damage effect of the horizontal seismic force.Therefore it reduces the destructive power of the earthquake to the building body and improves the safety and residential comfort of human life and property.Because the installation of isolation support is particularly important in the quality control of the construction of whole isolation system,the reasons are analyzed from the engineering practice cases and the control points,matters needing attention and treatment measures in the installation process of the support are summarized,which could provide practical experience and theoretical support for installation quality control and problem treatment of isolation supports.
