构建煤矿水害“十位一体”防治技术体系理论与实践 被引量:2

摘要 国家能源集团国神公司黄玉川煤矿地质及水文地质条件复杂,矿井隐伏陷落柱、断层等导水构造较发育,采掘作业主要受煤层底板奥灰水害威胁。针对本区井田地应力低,隐伏导水构造发育,隔水层基本失去隔水能力,安全水压及突水系数均失去意义,奥灰水对采掘工作面造成较大威胁的情况,本文通过分析黄玉川煤矿水文地质条件,对传统的防治水理念及技术不断创新提升,对水害的防治由被动治理转变为主动防御,构建了煤矿水害"十位一体"防治技术体系理论,强化了全员防治水安全意识,提高了矿井防治水安全技术水平,避免了水害事故的发生,为煤矿安全生产、高效发展提供了有力保障和借鉴意义。 The Huangyuchuan Coal Mine of CHN Energy Guoshen Group has complex geological and hydrogeological conditions with relatively developed water conducting structures such as hidden collapse columns and faults.Its mining operation is mainly threatened by the Ordovician limestone water disaster of the coal seam floor.In view that the in-situ stress is low,the hidden water conducting structures are developed,the aquiclude almost loses the water resisting ability,resulting in meaningless safe water pressure and water bursting coefficient,and the Ordovician limestone water poses a great threat to the working face,in this article,the hydrogeological conditions of Huangyuchuan Coal Mine is analyzed and studied,the theory of"ten in one"prevention&control technology system of coal mine water disaster is established by continuously improving the traditional water prevention&control concept and technology,and transforming the prevention&control of water disaster from passive control to active defense.Thus,the water prevention&control safety awareness of all staff has been strengthened,and the safety technical level of water prevention&control for mines has been improved,so that the water disaster accidents can be avoided.Therefore,this article provides a strong guarantee and reference for the safe production and efficient development of coal mines.
