摘要
采用超临界CO_(2)萃取技术进行汉麻叶精油的提取,通过单因素实验和响应面法优化汉麻叶精油提取工艺,将萃取压力(X1)、萃取温度(X2)、萃取时间(X3)、CO_(2)流量(X4)作为影响因子,以汉麻叶精油萃取率为评价指标进行响应面分析。结果表明,结合提取工艺的实际可操作性和便利性,确定最佳提取工艺为萃取压力29 MPa、萃取温度49℃、萃取时间3.4 h、CO_(2)流量13 mL/min。最终实际汉麻叶精油萃取率为0.283%,与理论值0.281%相接近,预测值与真实值的实际偏差为-0.71%。综上,超临界CO_(2)萃取法在汉麻叶精油提取方面,具有实用和开发价值,可为以后汉麻叶精油的开发利用提供理论参考。
Extracted essential oil from hemp leaves was extracted by supercritical CO_(2).Single factor experiments and response surface analysis were applied in the optimization of the extraction process of essential oil from hemp leaves.The influencing factors were extraction pressure(X1),extraction temperature(X2),extraction time(X3)and CO_(2) flow rate(X4),and the extraction rate of essential oil from hemp leaves was used as the evaluation index for response surface analysis.Results showed that,combined with the practical operability and convenience of the extraction process,which extraction pressure 29 MPa,extraction temperature 49℃,extraction time 3.4 h,CO_(2) flow rate 13 mL/min were determined the optimal extraction process.The actual extraction rate was 0.283%,which was close to the theoretical value of 0.281%and the actual deviation between the predicted value and the real value was-0.71%.It was suggested that supercritical CO_(2) extraction had practical and development value in the extraction of essential oil from hemp leaves,which could provide a theoretical reference essential oil from hemp leaves in the future.
