中国共产党的法治思想是中国共产党几代领导集体,在新民主主义革命、社会主义革命和建设、改革开放的历史长河中,经过长期不懈的探索和尝试,积累凝练而来。站在百年交汇的历史节点上,本文回望并总结中国共产党法治思想的沿革与发展,梳理出对全面推进依法治国、建成法治中国具有的历史价值和现实启示。

The thought of the rule of law of the Communist Party of China is the collective leadership of the CPC for several generations,which is accumulated and condensed in the long history of the new democratic revolution,the socialist revolution and construction,and the reform and opening up,and after a long period of unremitting exploration and attempt.Standing at the century-old juncture of history,this paper reviews and summarizes the evolution and development of the CPC’s rule of law thought,and sorts out the historical value and practical enlightenment for comprehensively promoting the rule of law and building China into a country ruled by law.
