水泥作为高能耗行业,提高其设备的能效水平刻不容缓。自2008年以来,徐州中联水泥有限公司(简称:徐州中联公司)逐步完成了熟料-水泥生产线大型风机高压电机变频器节能改造,改造后振动大、噪音大、节能效果不理想。针对这一问题,实施了永磁电机改造,解决了长期影响生产的问题,取得了良好的节能效果。

As a high-energy-consumption industry,it is urgent to improve the equipments'energy efficiency.Since 2008,Xuzhou zhonglian cement co.,LTD has gradually completed the energy-saving transformation of frequency converters of large fan high voltage motor in clinker-cement production lines.After transformed,the fan became worse with high vibration,high noise and low energy saving effect.A permanent magnet motor transformation has been implemented to solve the problem that has a long-term impact on production and achieved good energy-saving effects.
