摘要
针对C60、C80、C100强度等级混凝土,研究了砂率对其新拌性能和抗压强度的影响规律,结果表明:不同砂率下的C60、C80、C100均不发生泌水现象,增加砂率,需要提高减水剂掺量才能达到相应工作性,同时改善对粗骨料的包裹性;砂率对C60、C80、C100含气量、表观密度无明显影响,C100含气量明显高于C60、C80;砂率增加,C60抗压强度呈现逐渐增加的趋势,C80抗压强度呈现先增加后降低的趋势,砂率在36.5%时抗压强度最高,砂率对C100抗压强度影响不显著。
For C60,C80,C100 strength grade concrete,this paper studies the influence of sand ratio on its fresh performance and compressive strength.The results show that:there is no bleeding phenomenon in C60,C80,C100 under different sand ratios.It needs to increase the content of water-reducing agent to achieve the corresponding workability when sand ratio is increasing,which will improve the encapsulation of coarse aggregate;sand ratio has no obvious effect on the air content and apparent density of C60,C80,C100 strength grade concrete,and the air content of C100 is significantly higher than C60,C80 strength grade concrete;compressive strength of C60 strength grade concrete shows a gradual increase trend and C80 compressive strength shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing with sand ratio increasing,the compressive strength of C80 is the highest when the sand ratio is 36.5%.The sand ratio has no obvious effect on the compressive strength of C100 significantly.
