低温环境对输电工程混凝土工作性能和强度的影响

摘要 试验研究了长三角地区冬季低温环境下不同强度等级的输电线路工程基础混凝土的工作性能和抗压强度随龄期增长的影响。通过测试不同温度下(-5℃、5℃、20℃)新拌混凝土的坍落度、扩展度、凝结时间及后续不同龄期的抗压强度,得到混凝土工作性能变化规律及强度增长曲线,并对其试验结果进行分析,研究结果为输电工程设施的施工进程控制提供了重要依据。 The influence of age increasing on the power transmission project concrete's working performance and compressive strength of different strength grades was studied under low temperature in the Yangtze River Delta'winter.Under the conditions of molding and curing at-5℃,5℃,20℃,the test was performed through testing the fresh concrete's slump,expansion,setting time and subsequent compressive strength of different ages.The working performance of concrete and the strength growth curve were analyzed,and the test results were analyzed,which will provide a good foundation for construction process control of transmission engineering facilities under various conditions.
