地铁停车场工程基槽灰土回填质量控制试验研究

摘要 基槽灰土回填是地铁停车场工程施工的一大难点。施工过程质量控制不严,可能造成基槽土方填土出现沉陷,甚至造成建筑物基础积水,引起建筑物结构不均匀下沉,出现裂缝。通过开展基槽灰土回填试验段试验研究,分析夯实过程中灰土含水率、石灰掺量、夯实时间以及松铺厚度对压实度结果影响程度的大小,研究其之间的关系,得出相关结论。在既定的施工条件和设计要求下,通过试验段研究确定最佳松铺厚度和适宜的夯实时间,不仅可达到符合设计要求的压实度,同时也可提高工作效率,保证施工进度。 The foundation trench lime soil's backfilling is a major difficulty in the construction of subway parking engineering.The lax quality control in the construction process may cause the foundation trench earth fill to sink locally and even the building foundation to accumulate water,resulting in the uneven subsidence of the building structure and cracks.Based on the experimental study of lime soil's backfilling test section of foundation trench,this paper analyzes the influence of moisture content of lime soil,lime content,compaction time and loose paving thickness on the compaction results in the process of compaction,studies the relationship curve between them,and relevant conclusions are drew in the paper.Under the given construction conditions and design requirements,the best loose paving thickness and appropriate compaction time can be determined by carrying out the research on the test section,which can not only achieve the compaction degree in line with the design requirements,but also improve the work efficiency and ensure the construction progress.
