国际EPC水泥工程风险管理研究

Research on Risk Management of International EPC Cement Engineering

在我国,水泥工程承包商以自主的知识产权、新型的水泥生产技术、完备的工程产业系统以及价格的优势,占据了国际水泥工程市场的核心地位。然而,由于相关管理人员对合同的条件、工程建设的环境、技术内涵的认识不到位,缺乏完备的风险评估体系,频频出现风险事故,严重阻碍工程承包的进度。对合同模式下的国际水泥风险管理体系进行研究,针对国际EPC水泥风险的评估与管理提出建议。

In China,cement engineering contractors with independent intellectual property rights,new cement production technology,complete engineering industry system and price advantage,occupy the core position of the international cement engineering market.However,the relevant management personnels do not fully understand the conditions of the contract,the environment of the project construction and the technical connotation,and the system is being lack of a complete risk assessmentsetup,therefore,risk accidents frequently occur,which seriously hinder the progress of the project contracting.Based on the research of the international cement risk management system under the contract mode,this paper puts forward some opinions on the assessment and management of the international EPC cement risk.
