办公椅的双靠背形态设计研究

Design Research of Office Chair with Double-Back Form

靠背形态设计影响着人体坐姿的舒适性和健康,本文针对双靠背办公椅的靠背形面进行具体研究,分别从正面形态、侧面轮廓形态与俯视轮廓形态三方面,分析总结出影响双靠背形态的四个主要设计因素:腰部突出点高度、腰部侧视凸出量、外边缘围合弧度及腰部横向内凹深度。同时,文章采用体压分布测量法和主观评价法对腰部侧视凸出量这一要素对靠背舒适性的影响进行了实验研究,研究表明,腰部侧视凸出量为40mm时,椅背整体舒适感最好,20mm时椅背整体舒适感最差。

The design of the backrest shape affects the sitting comfort and people’s health.This article specifically studies the surface of the office chairs with backrests.From three directions,namely the front,the side profile,and the top view profile,it summarizes the four main factors that affect the design of the double backrest.They are the protrusion of the lumbar position,the protruding of the side view of the lumbar position,the arc of the outer edge,and the depth of the lateral concave of the lumbar position.At the same time,the article uses body pressure distribution measurement and subjective evaluation method to study how protrusion of the side view of the lumbar position affects the back comfort.The research showed that when the index is 40 mm,the backrest makes people feel comfortable most.When the protrusion is 20 mm,it feels the worst.
