摘要
用简单的水热反应合成一种形貌独特的玫瑰花状的N-CNTs/MoS_(2)纳米复合材料。通过一系列的表征手段和化学工作站分析该材料的组成和结构并得出其电化学性能。结果表明:该材料作为电极材料时,在电流密度为1 A/g时,比电容为642F/g;在电流密度为10A/g时,比电容为280 F/g,且在5 000次循环之后比电容仍能保持在85.8%,而MoS_(2)材料在同等条件下仅有56.2%的电容保持率,因此NCNTs/MoS_(2)纳米复合材料具有优良的电化学性能。
A simple hydrothermal reaction was used to synthesize a unique rosette-like N-CNTs/MoS_(2) nanocomposite.After a series of characterization methods and chemical workstations to analyze the composition and structure of the material and get its electrochemical performance.The results show:when the material is used as an electrode material,the specific capac⁃itance is 642 F/g when the current density is 1 A/g.At the same time,when the current density is 10 A/g,the specific capaci⁃tance is 280 F/g,and the specific capacitance can still maintain 85.8%after 5000 cycles,while the MoS_(2) material has only a capacitance retention rate of 56.2%under the same conditions.Therefore,N-CNTs/MoS_(2) nanocomposites have excellent electrochemical properties.
