吡啶碱合成工艺研究

Study on Continuous Synthesis Process of Pyridine Base

摘要 以MgAPO-41分子筛为催化剂,固定床为反应器,采用醛氨法合成吡啶碱。系统考查了Mg含量、催化剂用量、原材料摩尔比、反应温度、反应压力的影响,筛选出合适的反应条件。反应的最优条件为MgO︰Al_2O_3摩尔比为0.5,催化剂用量5%,甲醛∶乙醛∶氨气为1.2∶1∶3,反应温度为400℃,反应压力为1 MPa,此时吡啶碱收率达85.9%。该工艺操作简单,安全性高,收率高,适合工业化生产。 The pyridine base was synthesized by using the formaldehyde,acetaldehyde and ammonia as raw material in fixed bed reactor.The influence of MgO︰Al2O3 ratio,catalyst amount,residence temperature and pressure,ratio of the raw materials was systematically investigated,and suitable reaction conditions were selected.The optimal conditions for diazoti⁃zation were as follows:the ratio of MgO︰Al2O3 was 0.5,the amount of catalyst was 5%,the ratio of raw materials was 1.2∶1∶3.5,the temperature was 400℃,and the pressure was 1 MPa,the yield pyridine base was 85.9%.The process realizes the continuous synthesis of pyridine base has high safety and high yield,and is suitable for industrial production.
