随着制药工业自动化水平越来越高,DCS控制系统在原料药生产企业的各个环节已经得到广泛的应用。介绍了Delta Ⅴ系统在宣城美诺华药业有限公司储罐区的应用,通过该系统实时监测控制储罐内的温度、压力等参数,并通过Delta Ⅴ系统集成的SIS模块,处理异常情况,保障罐区的安全运行。

With the development of pharmacy industry automation technology,DCS control system has widely applied in many aspect of API(Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients)manufacturing firm. This paper introduces the application of Delta Ⅴ system in Xuancheng Minohua Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.,the temperature, pressure and other parameters in the tank are monitored and controlled in real time by the system, and the SIS module integrated by Delta Ⅴ system is used to deal with the abnormal situation and ensure the safe operation of the tank farm.
