低热值废水热力氧化处理的工程实践应用

摘要 在环保要求日趋严峻的形势下,常规处理低热值废水的方法已经无法满足要求。热力氧化处理技术作为一种处理废水效率极高的方法,近年来在化工行业得到广泛应用,热力氧化焚烧的处理效率可以达到99.99%以上。通过实际工程案例介绍废水焚烧设计时的注意事项以及一些常规设计参数的选取,并结合模拟计算数据与后期运行数据加以分析,总结出需要改进的内容,在后续工程设计中综合考虑应用。 In the situation of increasingly severe environmental protection requirements,some low thermal value wastewa⁃ter that can be treated by conventional methods before can not meet the requirements of environmental protection.As a high⁃ly efficient method of wastewater treatment,thermal oxidation technology has been widely used in the chemical industry in recent years.The treatment efficiency of thermal incineration can reach more than 99.99%.Based on the actual engineering cases,the paper introduces the precautions and some conventional design parameters in the design of waste water incinera⁃tion,and analyzes them with the simulation data and operation data in the later stage,summarizes the contents that need to be improved,and comprehensively considers the application in the subsequent engineering design.
