饲料中苏丹红的测定方法及仪器适用性验证

Determination of Sudan in Feed and Verification of Applicability of Instrument

样品中苏丹红经乙腈氮吹提取后,以乙腈-水为流动相,紫外检测器检测波长为478 nm和520 nm。外标法所建立的标注曲线相关系数均在0.999 5以上,苏丹红的检出限为0.02μg/mL,连续进样7次,四种苏丹红的保留时间和峰面积的相对标准偏差分别是0.039%~0.047%和0.152%~0.410%,样品加标回收率在92%~103%。

Sudans in the sample were extracted by acetonitrile oscillating nitrogen blowing,then acetonitrile-water was used as mobile phase,and the detection wavelength of ultraviolet detector was 478 nm and 520 nm.The standard curves were established by external standard method,the correlation coefficients of the standard curves were all above 0.9995,and the detection limit of Sudans were 0.02μg/mL.The relative standard deviations of retention time and peak area of four Su⁃dans were 0.039%~0.047%and 0.152%~0.410%by injected for 7 times.The recovery rate of standard addition is be⁃tween 92%and 103%.
